3. Returns and refunds

We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned products.
4. Guarantee

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or misuse of the products.
5. Product availability

Please note that each product is unique and available in one copy. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the permanent availability of each item. In case of error on our part and unavailability of an ordered product, we will contact you to discuss the available options, such as looking for a similar alternative with the possibility of creating a personalized piece or full refund of your payment.
